Each year, HOERBIGER trains a group of around 30 young people in exciting and progressive vocational professions. Supported by the state-of-the-art machinery of our apprentice workshop in Peiting and the in-depth advice and guidance provided by our trainers, we are able to offer our trainees the best possible preparation for responsible roles within the company.
School-leavers taking part in a HOERBIGER vocational programme can rest assured that they will receive the best possible training within their specialist field. At the same time, however, it is important that they are able to perform within a team-based environment. With this in mind, we offer our school-leaver trainees oppurtunities for personal development right from the outset, through the MyWay programme.
